  • It uses 2D imaging technology to map the position and orientation of the product, whilst using 3D imaging technology for the height profile. This determines the full profile of a product in real time.

  • Ensures picking accuracy and prevents the mishandling and damaging of products.

The packaging execution systems action the guidance of our data processing software, to deliver the expected outputs. Whilst doing so, they feedback data to inform real time decisions on line performance.

 

The packaging execution functions are governed by the Motion Controller. The Motion Controller hardware and control software has been innovated by Schneider in conjunction with PWR across a 15 year strategic relationship. The software is written bespoke for each specific customer application.
