Packing chocolate thins

A well-known chocolate producer challenged PWR to upgrade them to an automated high speed packaging process from a previous hand packing operation. Our solution packs 1,200 products per minute by using single and stack picking technologies, taking product from flat on the product conveyor to on edge in the packaging.

PWR customer, Cloetta, a leading confectionery company in the Nordic region and the Netherlands, has been working with PWR as a trusted partner since 2007 when they decided to implement a robotic line to pack chewing gum pots.
