- Ensures all defective products are rejected and 100% of sellable product is packed.
- Records why products were rejected, allowing for upstream process improvements.

Packaging Execution
Together, the packaging execution systems action all line instructions.
Our packaging execution systems action the guidance of our data processing software, to deliver the expected outputs. Whilst doing so, they feedback data to inform real time decisions on line performance.
The packaging execution functions are governed by the Motion Controller. The Motion Controller hardware and control software has been innovated by Schneider in conjunction with PWR across a 15 year strategic relationship. The software is written bespoke for each specific customer application.
