Client Problem
PWR has been working with clients based in the USA, to design solutions that will increase efficiency and profitability of their operations. One such customer is a US based bakery who produces biscuits and cookies. This customer required a high speed, efficient solution that would not damage the delicate product. The solution also had to be interchangeable from single to multipack packaging capabilities to meet the customer requirement.
PWR Solution
PWR designed a solution that met the following requirements:
- high speed packaging of cookies
- interchangeable from single to multipack
- flexible between flat stacked and on edge
- packaging a wide range of products and formats
The maximum performance of this robotic packaging solutions is 3.000 cookies per minute.
